Employer complains when I leave 5 minutes too early and now refuses to pay out my 7.5 overtime hours

In January my employer started complaining about employees taking longer breaks or leaving 5 minutes too early for home to avoid traffic. Not enough people were hired and every employee is overworked. In February I started making some overtime hours. Now my employer refuses to pay out those 7.5 overtime hours, while they complain when I leave even 3 minutes too early. (For context: I live in The Netherlands, Europe.) Companies are criminals.
