Like the title says, I opted out of 401k from the beginning of my job, and months later, they randomly started deducting money for 401k. I brought this up to my employer, and only after mocking me for opting out of it and trying to change my mind did they finally agree to credit me my money back, which they did.
Like clock work though, a couple months later it has begun again, but in bigger amounts.
In addition to this I've been having issues with healthcare deductions and time being docked.
I'm the only one having this issue. I'm being entirely fucked with, and sadly the only reason I can think of is the fact that I'm currently pregnant. They have made so many rude comments about many things, none of which I can prove.
I also recently sent an email to the manager in regards to details of my maternity leave, but radio silence. I've even followed up in email and text. No acknowledgement.
This is too much to be going through being pregnant. I can't ever imagine treating someone this way. I'd love to find a nice work from home gig, even if it meant waiting to start until after baby is born, but looking for a new job pregnant is the hardest thing in the world and is entirely heartbreaking to go through the obvious discrimination.
I really just wanted to vent about this I guess. I hate the working world, there's no humanity and no justice.
I have brought these concerns up to a lawyer and am getting assistance on how to move forward in case anyone was concerned about that.
