Employer not offering insurance even though it’s in job offer

So my offer of employment states that I get medical, dental and vision insurance. So far I’ve only signed up for medical. The dental and vision “insurances” are really just coupons. For example, the dental “insurance” is Dentegra, which is a club you join to receive discounts for dental procedures. What can I do about this? I’ve been a month into this job (takes a month for insurance to be offered) but I was under the impression that I was actually getting insurance, not a chance to join a discount club. If it states in my letter that I get dental and vision insurance, can I pursue this matter further?? Or is the discount club somehow an acceptable form of benefit?
