Company had an all hands meeting and apparently people had been discussing their wages and the boss didn't like that. He mentioned that we should be doing it. I tried reporting it to the NRLB but the complaint is not anonymous and your name will be sent to your employer. Even if they cannot open retaliate against you. What's really stopping them from doing other shady stuff?
