Just need to rant. Applied to a job, they contacted me for an online interview. That went great so they set up another interview this time in person. After that one they contacted me again to meet in person a third time. After that interview they told me they would get back to me the following week. Last Friday I discovered that they reposted the job and are heavily advertising it. It’s now been 1.5 weeks and nothing. I sent a follow up email, nothing. Is it really that hard to just send me an email that they are moving on with someone else? Why completely ignore me after 3 interviews?
