My coworker has to fill out a three page reasonable accommodations form to change her lunch hour from the end of her shift to the middle. So she won’t go low in blood sugar. Oh and I’ve had to fill out a three page form too to get reasonable accommodations for when I’m low. But do we get a choice when our employer changes insurance and diabetes coverage? this is fucked.
