I just moved cross country and thought I’d apply to one of the biggest employers in my area, a prestigious, big-name private college/educational institution. The benefits look great, but none of the job positions have salaries listed and when I asked about them they replied that they do not share salaries unless the applicants are selected. Is this the new standard? Isn’t this a waste of time (for everyone) if I don’t know what the positions offer? Thanks!
