I really do not get how employers don't understand that employer employee relationships are a partnership not a dictatorship.
I don't know if I have a warped perception or if I'm right but I view them as clients, albeit clients with extra steps. If the relationship breaks down, I just get a new client.
“The employees will recognize as we go into a recession, or as things get a little tighter, that you have to do what it takes to keep your job and to earn a living,” … Well yeah you have to earn a living but companies are also boned without staff and it's an employee market right now (at least where I'm from UK).
