How is this acceptable and normal behavior? Moreover half the entire department has quit/is leaving in less than a year since this new head joined (and these people have been around for years and most were great coworkers).
With so few people left, what can this BS sham of a director expect? There are more vacancies than filled position, so what is it going to take for this company to realize that it's turning into a complete sh!t show here? I am the last long standing employee left in this department (almost 9 years) and it breaks my heart to see this.
