Sick of job advertisements seeking entry level candidates/interns, yet expecting at least 1-2 years experience in a related field.
It is called an entry level position for a reason people!
I’m 24 years old with a diploma and zero experience in “professional corporate job” (I worked in the gig economy due to finance related issues but knew that it was never my full potential nor my own fault).
Applying for internships has been tough since I don’t meet the minimum experience required for the internships (what??) so I’m going to resort to faking my resume until I get a job!
Anyone else done this and got a huge pay bump + better work/career prospect? I’m openly seeking advice on how to manie this work, thanks!
