I took my family on a short cruise to Cozumel, and told everyone at work I’d be out of the country and difficult to reach. I left a packet with all important information, forms and phone numbers. Yet when I get home, I and have countless emails, missed calls and text messages, all which could’ve been answered in the packet I left.
Just this morning I’ve been called 5 times about absolute complete B.S. and I’m done with it. I’m the lowest paid manager, I’ve asked for help countless times but always get told “it’s not in the budget”, and “this busy time will pass”. I have an interview today and I would love nothing more to walk in next week when my vacation end and tell them I quit.
