There are constant questions asked by employers that get boot licking consensus that we could do a good job of skewing more towards real life. Questions like “why did you leave your last job?” and “What is something an employer could do to better retain workers” and they are only getting the limited audience of current LinkedIn members. Disrupting the platforms that normalize worker abuse will help disrupt the abuse itself IMO. Just a thought.
