Everything on the first rung of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs should be a human right

This includes air, water, food, shelter, sleep, clothing, and reproduction. There is no logical reason why we exist in a world where we have access to an ungodly amount of wealth and resources, yet millions lack at least one of those things. It is simply immoral. In my opinion, the second rung, which includes personal security, resources, employment, health, and property, should be a right as well, but the first one is the bare minimum
