I was wrongfully terminated, have spent my savings to retain an employment lawyer. My UE was denied and now the employer intercepted my state tax refund. Its just one gut punch after another- no mercy for me, no thoughts about my financial situation. They just keep taking and taking more money. How can this be legal? How can an employer just ruin humans like this? This country blows.
