Executives are diseased.

We are losing staff that are not being allowed to work from home and potential new hires are declining interviews because they can't work from home. I voiced my displeasure with the policy and was told by the VP of OPs and the VP of Someone's Butthole that in office is the right move for the company. And worse yet, they insult my intelligence with that lie when everyone knows the policy is in place to stroke the CEOs ego who just moved us into a newly remodeled building, that includes a game room no one asked for and no one uses. Which, in turn, the CEO is bitter about. So out of touch with reality.
