Exhausted but can’t quit

Four weeks of hell and it's like noone cares. I got hired as a dishwasher for minimum wage which WAS okay until I found out how much extra work there is. I'm supposed to clean up for the cook, I have to bus tables WHILE doing dishes if they're short staffed (already had this happen twice and got lectured for not having a bus cart clean quick enough, even though I was doing the work of three people) and I have to life heavy garbage because of course. 25lbs bags of soup and grease and I don't even know what else, all by myself. While everyone whos SUPPOSED to help sits there. I got told off for not being able to lift a bag and when I said it was too heavy and I was in pain I was told I should have just done it anyways. I am in constant discomfort, I can barely move and have to wear a back brace now. There's not even any mats for me so I've already slipped several times but noone cares. Yet I have to stay here- because this is my first job at 20. Because I owe 10k for student loans because colleges just want money. I don't think I'll ever be able to afford a house- I come home from 5 hours shifts and just sob because I'm so tired. But everyone tells me this is fine- it's normal! You'll get used to it! For minimum wage why should I? The worst part is the morning shift gets paid $2 dollars extra an hour. For the same work. The. Same. Work. And I have to clean up after them. I'm so exhausted with this- we live I a society where noones work is respected and if you do labor you're seen as lazy or unworthy. They pay you as little as possible then chastise you for not being able to afford anything. I am just so sick of it. I wouldn't even mind this job if they just paid me fairly- I'd take a few extra dollars and be happy! But they won't. They don't give raises. No promotions. Just lecture you. Because that's where jobs have gone now
