Exploitation Red Flags

Does anyone have any advice as far as what to be on the lookout for during interviews so that I can not get tricked into being in an exploitative environment again? I realize the system itself is exploitative so I’m trying to find a temporary get-in get-out situation to make a few month’s rent at a place that is at least minimally exploitative…
