I failed a technical online assessment after 1st interview, and now there are 2 more interview rounds.
Should i even expect a 2nd interview?
And if I do get the 2nd interview (with the direct supervisor for this position), should I somehow mention this? Or if they mention that I did badly on the assessment, how should I respond?
The situation is that I’ve been working in the industry but kind of in a very niche company, and haven’t really used any of the concepts they tested on. And it was 1 min per question, which really threw me off. Not an excuse, but can I somehow use this as my response if they mention my assessment results?
