Family First Covid Response Act Pay do I have to be Fully Vaccinated to get paid?
Hi! I work remotely for a company in PA, I’ve worked full time for over a year at this place. Last week I was very sick and tested positive for covid. I was not able to work for 5 days, can I get paid under the Family First Coronavirus Response Act? Another employee tried to tell me I have to be fully vaccinated to get paid under the act does anyone know if this is true?
When I read over the FFCRA I see nothing about needing to be vaccinated. Does anyone know if you have to be vaccinated to get the pay? I need the money, but I was to sick to work. Other employees have used the 80 hours under the act at my company.
