Famous designer Elisabetta Franchi proudly declares in an interview that she discriminates women on the workplace

The interview (in Italian) is still on her Instagram page (link to interview ) The bullet points of the interview: She declared, with pride and framing it as an achievement, that she does not hire women for positions of power since “they then disappear for 2 years” She then corrects — she actually hires women, but only over 40. That's because “they have already fulfilled their societal duties”: they married, birthed children, and if necessary they also divorced. What's great about women over 40, she adds, is that “they can work for her 24 hours a day” Of course these “mature girls” (quote) cannot occupy positions of power (i.e. be involved in the company's decision-making processes) because they need to take care of their houses, and as such, they remain inherently unreliable. I am skipping all the quotes about how men are naturally better suited for C-suit jobs. Guess who…
