Been at my new job for 7 weeks now and am working on going back to my old job. Problem is the process is taking so slow. I most likely won't be going back there until the end of the month. My new job is awful. A lot of racism, bullying, homophobia, etc and nothing is being done about it. They're training me to more responsibilities this week and I really don't want to do them but i have to in order to keep up appearances. They're investing more training in me and I'm about to nope the fuck outta there. And I feel guilty for some reason even though I have every reason not to.
