So my manager forced a meeting between us to talk about my “goals” for 2022. I have no goals. Not a single one. So during the meeting I freestyled and made some BS goal along the lines of “expanding my general chemistry knowledge”. He saw this as me wanting to take online courses (which I’d have to pay out of pocket).
I panicked and said I’m part of a chemistry club, which I’m not. He loves the idea and now wants a name for the club by the end of the day.
So I need a group of “scientists” who we meet up and talk about chemistry with. Can anybody help me out? I know this is a bit unorthodox but I’m desperate to be left alone at my job.
