So my store has vinyl flooring that is under 3 mm thick on very uneven concrete and I stand 90% of my day running around selling weed. No I tried to bring it to my boss that I would greatly appreciate a chair or something to help relax my back as it has been hurting so much that I've been waking up with a seized leg, and she said she'd look into it. Well about a week later I brought it up again and she did nothing in that time and so I said I really need this cuz it's give me a major issue and I don't want to bring it up with workers comp. Today it came to a climax when I ended up in a call with her and her boss basically both lecturing me on how I need to stand for my job and it's basically my fault for my back pain. I contacted a union and said fuck this today so yea wish me luck
