Finally pulled the trigger on filing lawsuit against my company for over 50k of unpaid overtime

Title sums it up. Been getting shorted on overtime for close to 3 years and I finally got a lawyer to take my case. Feeling very optimistic that I will be able to go back to school with my unpaid wages. Plus if they fire me now, get ready for the retaliation suit! Wish me luck!
