I was forced to stay at a behavioural hospital where I wasnt informed until AFTER I was admitted that weekends (friday, Saturday and Sunday) and holidays dont count towards my ” average stay is between 5-7 days”.
I was admitted over 4th of July weekend and when I came back to work after my discharge, I was fired. To be fair i had a panic attack on the floor because a customer was yelling at me and I was still overwhelmed by being back in public after being trapped in that hell for the 14 days. The things I saw ans experienced in there was not something I EVER wish on anyone nor do i want to go through again. I thought my employer would understand this my first day back. Nope.
Fuck that place I worked at. Fuck that phone company. Fuck my boss for asking how he can help and then firing me. Fuck the mental health industry because they dont care about anything but their paychecks and insurance payouts.
