Fired for self-isolating and protecting my coworkers

So Wednesday I go to work from my GF's house. She was already sick, but she tested negative, so I just wore a mask at work to keep everyone else safe. During my shift, GF tells me that her and her dad both tested positive, first one must've been a false negative. I decide that it's best if I go back to her place and stay put for the recommended 5 day period, partially to protect my coworkers, partially so I don't reinfect my house with Covid (we already went through the ringer in January). Bear in mind, I worked on a food truck. The kitchen floor was maybe three feet wide. That thing drives all across town, so I'd also be putting any customers at risk. Bear in mind, I worked on a food truck. The kitchen floor was maybe three feet wide. That thing drives all across town, so I'd also be putting any customers at risk.

Schedule for next week comes out on Saturday, and I notice that they didn't schedule me a single shift. I text my supervisor, who's in charge of scheduling, and get no response. Then today, Sunday, I get the email saying I've been terminated.

I worked for them for a year and a half 2018-2019. They invited me back in March, and now I've been fired for doing the right thing. I was one of their best damn employees, they often told me how impressed they were by my work. I loved that job, and I loved a lot of those people, including the aforementioned supervisor. I guess now I can see how much I really meant to them.

TL:DR; was exposed to Covid, got fired for taking it seriously.
