Fired for trying to report targeted discrimination and told I’m too young to understand

I have been working at my place of employment for almost a year as a temp. My contract was going to be up in a few months and I was going to get hired in. In my time, I because the go-to person for my module, and I gained expertise to where engineers would approach me and ask about needed changes and ways to address it. I have been working weekend shift, 4 10 hour days, 3 days off. Recently, I was asked to come off weekend shift to train some elder employees in my area. I had one week to change over my shift, and in the meantime, the engineer will show the basics of my module so they can get started on basic tasks.

I come on main shift, and the trainees don't listen because I am too young, claiming that the engineer is the trainer. I address this with them and my manager, and they reluctantly listen past basics.
When comes the time to test the modules, my trainees say they refuse to because they don't want to work with computers. I explain it is needed to be able to continue to build but they go over my head and get the engineer to sign them off early due to the upcoming audit. I didn't have time to adress this situation due to the next targeted discrimination.

A supervisor on second shift has been reported for numerous harassment issues, and they were targeting me on numerous occasions saying I am negligent and doing a poor job. This time, the supervisor told my shift supervisors and my trainee that I am doing a poor job and I quote “doesn't know what he is doing.” And they marked all of my previous weeks progress as bad without a note to me or my team about what is wrong.
I address this with him, and admittedly get a little upset with a raised voice telling them if there is a problem to address me via email or text about any issue involving my area.

The next day I told my manager about the issue, and I was told “you are a kid out of highschool maturing his way through life”
the complaint was not addressed and I was given a warning against another outburst.

Then comes today.
This morning, I had an issue with a testing device that would not allow me to progress, so I sat with an engineer all morning to get this fixed and resolved. I come back from lunch to find my computer will not turn on. When I tried to fix it, my trainee turned around and yelled why I didn't get anything done in the morning.
Having just received some bad news during my lunch break, I admittedly lashed out and said “why don't you test then”
in turn, my supervisor professionally to tell us both to take a break. I am brought into the office after the break, and told this is becoming a problem, and they will have to address this with the manager. Minutes later, I am brought back, being told this is an ongoing issue, and let go.
