Title. I have asked others for work to do constantly since there isn't much work needing to be done there, and time after time they would say no because there wasn't enough work, and thought that was weird. But I was planning on leaving anyway for remote work due to health reasons and wanting to get into SQL. It was a very old school business that refused to use better technology for god knows why. It's just the boomer boss who has a technophobia. Need I mention others at the job use their phone a lot and nothing happens?
Glad they are sending my checks in the mail because my god I am done with that noise lol. I respect the workers there, just not the shitty management and policy.
