Basically I had a good corporate job, I just recently graduated college and this was my very first job after school related to my studies – Finance. I literally put in hard work and determination into all of my tasks and reports until yesterday they fired me and the only thing I can think of is because of my dyslexia (I get my j and g’s mixed up). The president really liked me in the beginning until I told him I have a slight dyslexia then he told my supervisor how that’s a red flag. The worst part is that I acknowledged my mistake and took ownership; as well as told them I will be checking my work multiple times before submission.
I missed two days of work due to being sick but the whole office was sick and I thought it would be the right thing to do was stay home and recover.
I just feel so worn down and have no confidence in myself and my skills, I really tried everyday, gave in a but I guess that wasn’t enough.
Thanks for listening to me vent; I feel so broken and feel like I have no cause in life.
Ps yesterday marked my one month journey with them.
