I literally just got canned. This stems from an incident that occurred on Friday. I was a csr working remote. Got a call about an item on an order. Internet number for the item(12pk of clear caulk) went to a product page that was showing 0. There was no other 12pk. we could not sell a 12pk. Customer complained he ordered 12pk and only got a 3pk. Explained the situation and apologized. I could not order 36 individual as there were only 15 available and I could not price match something out of stock. Asked for supervisor. KB states to try to deter. Explain supervisor will tell him same thing. He asks again and then starts keeping count of how many times he asked and that I “don't know who he is. He's not just some. He owns x amount of stock!” Like I give a fuck…..Refuse his request as per policy. LOL Start work today. MFW I get fired for following policy as outlined in Knowledge Base because I didn't want to jerk off some rich guy on the phone.
