I was on the three month probation so yes of course they can fire me without reason but I feel the it was done unfairly .
As they said a beginner can work for their Garden company and that they’ll train you.. they said what’s my weakness in interview and I said overthinking and perfectionism but something I can work on.
Of course I was slow the three days because I was processing the information and assimilating it to make sure I done my work properly and not make fickle mistakes … however when they said to up the pace I was able to move much more rapidly. It’s so contradicting they say to do it in this particular way yet be fast and unmet the desired results. I done everything they liked it to be, I understand my mistake is doing what they say literally . They said you may take some time to make sure it’s equally cut at the same lengths and to remove the debris .. and the other co workers move fast and then do not cut it equally or move enough debris so it looks sloppy and mine look like the equivalency of what they wanted .
I also forgot to grab my Hair elastic and it was windy so I kept having to move my hair . I also would move my back once in awhile because bending too much caused back pain. They told us to stretch to not cause injury . I took what they said literally and got fired . They could have at least communicated with me, gave constructive feedback and I could’ve worked on it. Fired for being slow for the first days is stupid . Especially because I had good work performance, I kept myself busy, I took initiative and I asked my co workers if they needed help.
