So, I have been working at this place for 7 years. I've produced amazing results with no opportunity for advancement. Well, my coworker and I interviewed for a manager position last year, she ends up getting it. I was pregnant so honestly, a bigger work load probably wasn't going to be good for me anyway.
So, she gets the spot, and immediately starts harassing me. I tried everything, but she gets away with a lot. Long story short, she fired me last week.
This week, I got four, yes FOUR job offers for positions WAY higher at another spot. Like, I interviewed for one but 3 other departmental managers in the interview wanted me.
I ended up taking the original offer I interviewed for. It's a way better schedule, job, pay, etc.
Sooooo, what's a sweet gift I can send to my old manager to say “thank you for firing me” but also “F*** you”??
Like, basically a way to rub it in? I'm not usually like this, but multiple coworkers have said she's talking so much mess about me and was SUPER triggered when she found out I interviewed for a better spot elsewhere. So, I kinda just wanna send flowers or something with a note that seems like I'm thanking her but also being a total prude because I've NEVER been mean or disrespectful even though she berated me for a full year and then fired me. Also, she's super lazy and everyone hates her. But somehow she keeps her job.
Okay thanks in advance.
