Been in the air force for about 10 year forced retirement due to medical issues. So I got a job like they tell me to. I was getting paid 20 bucks as hour to machine parts. I though it was on the lower side but I needed something. I look on indeed and entry level is paying 28 an hour. I bring it up to hr, they tell me to be thankful I get paid that much and the pay will get better once I prototyped and manufacture a test gun so they could sell it to a large firearm dealer.
Once hr (owners daughter) said be thankful they pay me that much. I just said I will not be returning. I have received phone calls and texts asking to come back.
How have you guys been dealing with this for so long it’s terrible working for a larger mom and pop company.
