First time working for major Las Vegas Strip casino (4 months) and I’m learning I’m not entitled to holiday pay.

Like the title says. I've been working on the Las Vegas Strip on and off since 2014. I've never worked for a major casino directly before, always a third party company. These third party companies have paid time and a half for holidays, and at least one job I've held In March this year, I started working for Caesars Entertainment in their security department. It's a job that was closer to home compared to my last security job and it pays higher (18.75), so for that I'm glad for. However. Per the company handbook, ONLY MANAGERS are entitled to holiday pay. New Years Day, MLK day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. This is LITERALLY the first job I've ever worked where I wasn't paid time and a half for a major holiday and I'm pissed. Casino security truly gets shat on.
