First week back to work after being unemployed or a year and I can’t do this

It's only been a week but this makes me wanna jump off a bridge. The morning doesn't even feel like my time since its prep, and i feel like an idiot since the commute is unpaid. I don't feel like I am in control of my life. When i was unemployed I simply didn't look at the clock, now everything has an appointment; its horrifying.
