For a job that requires you to wear a uniform and get ready, do you guys clock in, and get ready? Or get ready first, and clock in?

Let’s say you are scheduled to work at 7 am, do you get there at 7am, clock in and THEN change and get ready? OR are you suppose to get there BEFORE 7am, get ready and change, and THEN clock in at 7am, when you are set? My personal believe is that, if you schedule me to work at 7am, and I have to change, then I’m going to clock in first before I change and get ready. Thoughts?
