A friend of mine works at Walmart and is being told that if he does not transfer to a different store he will be fired. The store is not doing cut back KS or anything that would entail him getting fired outside of breaking policy. The store lead told him that he has to transfer to a store that I's a 1 hour drive or he will be terminated. Can a boss do this?
