Forced to work at my dad’s company. Guilty for not doing enough work

I (m 22) was forced by my dad to work for our family business (a property management company) as an administrative assistant. Ive done real work for the first 2 weeks but afterwards it was just me scrolling on reddit. I personally feel shitty for getting paid even tho I barely do any work, but the person who dictates my workload personally cant be bothered to give me shit to do as well. Ive also tried taking the initiative to ask for stuff to do but Im always answered with “ill get back to you later”. Am I the degenerate in this situation? Is it wrong to be compensated for a job I barely do? Thanks in advance for the answers additional context: I live in a 3rd world country (Swagapino), Im a polisci major in my senior year, and I get paid minimum. thanks for the answers
