Found a document today in the HR folder that has every hourly employee listed and what i assume are the personal opinions of every supervisor has on each person. Along with another column with what i believe is how they think that person will vote for a union (they're trying to unionize). My partner is hourly and I'm salary but i found a note next to his name with my name saying how i have a second job due to our house being $300k with 8% interest. Which 1) is not true at all and 2) that's not why i have the second job.
I feel disgusted and not sure how to process this or what i should do about it. My coworker said to sit on it and see if it gets updated (last updated 11/9) but i want to share it with the guys who are the contacts with the union rep.
This company is so slimy and this feels so incredibly unethical. There are other notes next to people like “always disgruntled” “doesn't like doing small tasks”
What do y'all think?
