So I was looking on indeed and I saw my company posted the job I do on there . I work nights and the posting is for days. They put the wages starting at what I make and up to four dollars more an hr. Plus new hires get a $5000 bonus. That bonus wasn't available when I got hired. I have never been late or miss any work and I do a good job my reviews have always been positive. I don't know what the best way to approach the company. I find it hard to believe it's an oversight or a mistake. I was never given the opportunity to apply for the job on days either because I didn't know it was even available until I saw it on indeed.
