Duties & Responsibilities
Personal Assistant to the Manager and Director
Checking Invoices and sending to the clients
Following up with invoices (Highly confidential information)
Managing the excel spreadsheet with invoice details and monitoring payment, credit notes and progress
Assisting the manager and director as required.
Training new consultants with the assistance of a manual on the admin processes within the organisation
Ensure all administrators are completing admin tasks
Monitoring the Resumes being typed to ensure timeous delivery
Training new administrators on typing
Assistaing with allocating clients to consultants and recording all new clients on an excel spreadsheet
Filling in all details on new placements
This position deals with highly confidential information.
This information must not be discussed with any other employees in the company.
