Today I got presents from my boss and superiors meanwhile I’ve taken on extra work from multiple empty positions and have been waiting several months for a promised raise that I know won’t be close to the salaries those positions go for. Fuck this demeaning holiday and the backhanded celebrations. If you’re really grateful for the work admins do, then just pay them better.
