I’ve been applying to jobs recently, looking to find some new employment. I’m also pretty tech savvy and know how to avoid viruses and phishing websites. So tell me why after I started applying to jobs, I’ve started getting scam calls, emails, and texts DAILY, almost hourly! I haven’t signed up for newsletters, I’ve only applied to big name businesses like Target and Best Buy, and yet still I end up getting these stupid fucking scam calls. I never got them before I was applying, and now after, I get them every few hours. Fuck these companies for selling my information. And not only that but fuck scammers for stealing information. Not just mine but others too. I called back on one on accident today cuz I didn’t see who it was from, and I ended up on the phone with some random guy from New York who was actually kinda nice but still it’s fucked up they disguise themselves as actual peoples numbers.
