Law in my state says that schedules must be posted 2 weeks in advance. Schedules for the next week get posted 2 days before the next week starts. Our schedule starts Sundays. Schedule got posted yesterday.

My manager got arrested recently for beating his wife in front of his kids and strangling her. Then broke his restraining order multiple times.

Anti-union propaganda in our training. They will fire you for attempting to unionize. And they don’t care if they get in trouble for it either.

The neighborhood I work in is extremely unsafe. And nothing is locked up in our store. A man walked in, stole a bunch of knives, and got in my face when he noticed me looking at him, while pointing at his bag full of the knives. He then ran out. I got in trouble for letting him go. I didn’t feel like getting stabbed.

Our drivers are scheduled 5am-6pm, 5-6 days a week. They get into trouble for overtime. You do the math.

I’m scheduled 50 hours this week. I’m a 20 year old college student. It’s not possible.

My manager made my coworker choose between his job and his kids. The guy had a childcare emergency and had to leave. Manager said, “You need to chose between this job and your kids.” The guy made the right choice in his kids.

I’ve watched every new hire quit in the last 2 months. I don’t blame them. I’m next.
All in all, use Rock Auto for your car parts. Ours are marked up by a lot.
