I'm gonna get a bonus for a project me and 2 other guys brought in 400 man hours under bid, which was bid at about 800 man hours. My company charges around 100$ per man hour, and so that's at least 40,000$ in pure profit. I am getting 340$ for making it happen. I'd almost rather not gotten a bonus so I wouldn't have to think about what a fucking joke it is.
