Curious if anyone has done this or had experience in the matter of pay increase then payout.
I have around 20 weeks of leave & was getting paid $40AUD per hour, demanded a pay rise and got $45AUD per hour.
If I quit 1 pay slip later, would I get paid out those 20 weeks @ $45 or $40? Wasn't too sure how long I'd need my pay increase to be on file to be eligible for a larger payout.
Trust me this is the least the business owes me after 9 years for all the shit I've done for them and put up with.
