So, I'll make this short and sweet.
I'm 19, work for a bank remotely at home, doing customer service. I have a manager who despises me, constantly bringing me in to try and give me warnings. I am literally one of the best agents stat wise. The most minor mistakes I get belittled and threatened to be fired over. Despite hating the job, it's the best i've ever had and probably ever could get – atleast for now.
I feel terrible , I can't lose this source of income. I don't know what I'll do if I get fired. I'm on my 2nd warning, third is termination and the manager is breathing down my neck. I deal with hundreds of customers a day. If anyone was monitored like I am for the amount of calls they'd be in hot water as well because there's just so much work to do mistakes are bound to happen.
How should I feel? What should I do? Any advice? I've never been fired before.
