Getting Screwed at My New Job

I started a new job with a bank on March 7th. I was very excited to start my new role; great pay, decent benefits, 5 minutes away from my home, and I would be learning new tasks (loans etc). Come April the new fiscal quarter starts and my branch manager delivers the news, a new staffing plan has rolled out. We are downsizing, instead of the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and 3 Bankers(my role) the new staffing plan calls for the BM, ABM, & 2 Bankers. I started a new job with a bank on March 7th. I was very excited to start my new role; great pay, decent benefits, 5 minutes away from my home, and I would be learning new tasks (loans etc). We are downsizing, instead of the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and 3 Bankers(my role) the new staffing plan calls for the BM, ABM, & 2 Bankers. So one of us is to volunteer to transfer to a branch 30+minutes away. The two other bankers have been at this location and with this bank for much longer than I have. But they both live closer to the new branch, one of them lives in the same city as the new branch. However, neither wants to transfer. If I get forced to transfer I will essentially be taking a $3000 paycut due to gas & maintenance for my vehicle. I am also disabled and chose a position close to my home due to ease of access to my home & my doctors. I have not discussed the situation privately with my boss yet. Any suggestions? I don't want to screw myself over.
