Girlfriend just fired on 3rd day of new job while meeting with HR about mental health accommodations.

She had let them know voluntarily about her depression before starting work there and was “let go” for asking to have 1-2 days a month off for flare ups during a meeting with HR an hour ago. Employer just said yeah we can’t do that and that was essentially all even though she presented a doctors note stating she may need 1-2 days/week. This has to be grossly illegal and I’m just wondering if there’s anything we can do to combat it? Should we try to find an employment attorney? Feeling a lot of emotions right now and appreciate any advice. This happened in Washington state btw at a small home healthcare organization with just under 100 employees.
