Glorified call center job

Hello, I started working for a company that is a WFH call center type of job. I took the position back in November, and waited until January to start the position. They offer 4 weeks of training, and then 2 weeks of phone training. Disclaimer: I do have anxiety (and I am working on not being as much of an empath), my therapist recommended doing a WFH job to see if I liked it. Now that I am on the taking calls part of training it is mentally and emotionally draining for me. I am almost having panic attacks before I go to work. •We are so micromanaged it is insane. •They record every call and audit them. They also audit, and micromanage every ticket “request” we submit. They also do “shop” calls which is basically like they call in to make sure you are following protocol? •Management isn’t helpful…

•Management isn’t helpful when you a question in the Teams chat.
•They tell you that you will “get feedback” from your manager if you don’t handle a call or document a ticket like they thought you should have .
•They now informed me they want to go back into the office 2-3 days a week. Yet this was a perm WFH.
•I am the lowest in the company, my position is entry level, and the amount of work we have to do is insane … everyone in my class agrees, and they also felt misled during the interview. I only know this because someone else started the conversation when we broke out into a group.
•The turnover rate for this place is insane….
•I have had to miss all of my therapy sessions, and physical therapy (minor back injury) because of this stupid jobs training hours 8:50-5:35 (be early to make sure you’re connected to VPN, and stay after because people had questions.) …With the insurance I have I can’t switch therapists I am stuck with this one who has banker hours.

I also asked if I could be moved to an outbound calls position where I would be reviewing tickets, listening to calls, and making outbound calls to get necessary information. I even told my manager I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and they I never knew this position existed . It is also is more along the lines of what I have done in the past.
She said she doesn’t know, typically you gotta stay in your current position for a year. Unless you get promoted to be a CSR2 who handles escalation calls. (I would rather fucking not)

my rant is over

Does anyone else feel like WFH is draining ?

Should I take a Mental health day today, and show back up tomorrow?

Should I go work somewhere else ?

Thank you I’m advance!
This is my first call center type of position.
